iSteps is inpired by my family members who are willing to make changes happened. My son, Morning, is doing his holiday homework by finishing small pieces of work daily. My lovely wife, Tamara, is going to get slimer with exercise for half an hour every day. They use iSteps to:
* Set daily, weekly and monthly goal
* Record every tiny effert achieved
* Review what they have done by colorful charts
* Publish their work to other friend with Twitter, Facebook, Google+, etc. And get generous words of praise.
